My journey has been about healing, mind, body and spirit and finding our way to a life filled with energy and passion no matter where we are presently or what we are challenged by. 
My own journey in healing has allowed me to understand how important it is to create balance and awareness, along with an action plan in achieving wellness.  No matter our wellness challenges, integrative energy and cognitive pattern work allow us to feel more integrated and aligned with our body, mind/emotions and spirit.
